Refund Policy
Requests for program refunds (-$25 administrative fee) must be submitted in writing (email is acceptable) no later than 1 week before the first scheduled class of the session. This is to allow us to try to re-sell the slot before the start of the session. No refunds will be given after this date.
Credit Policy
Once the deadline for refund requests has passed, class credit is available for the unused portion of the fees.
Make-up Policy
Make-up Classes are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. They must be scheduled in advance and are based on availability. All make-ups must be completed during the session in which the participant is enrolled. In the event of a class cancellation due to inclement weather, we will make every effort to provide a make-up class at the day and time as the regularly scheduled classes, however, this cannot be guaranteed due to space and staffing considerations.
